From Conflict to Cooperation: Understanding and Preventing Power Struggles with your Children PLUS One Coaching Session

This class invites parents to come as you are. You don’t need to be well-read in parenting theory. You don’t need to be married or divorced or have many kids or be straight or be rich or be anything other than who you are right now. As long as you parent a child and you are struggling with said child? That works for me.

Drinking and Parenting Mini Course

This course is a check-in for parents as we head into the holiday season. Drinking alcohol day or night can be par for the course during this time of year. This could be fine and problem-free for you and your family, or it could...not. So I want to give you the opportunity to go into this season being intentional about your drinking habits and tendencies and how that is impacting your parenting and family life. We'll be taking an honest look at ourselves without shame and blame so we can make better, more informed choices for ourselves and our families.

Children and the Holidays

Sign up for this mini course if you need a loving reminder or tangible support for the upcoming holidays in your parenting life.

This can be a really rough time of year for parenting, but when we know what we can realistically expect from ourselves and our children, we can plan ahead and also be prepared to just deal with what comes. It may not always be easy, but it doesn't have to be so hard either.

This is for any parent who has holiday plans and children 14 and under. If you are dreading parenting over winter break and all that comes with it, this is for you. And I KNOW you're super busy, so it's not gonna take you hours and hours to get through it.

The Whining Wind Down

Listen. It's not just our kids who are whining! Join me for this four week mini course to change the tone in your family and tone down the whining. We'll look at why whining happens, what to do instead, and what's underneath the whining.

Come along with me and bring your partner, your kids, and your neighbor. It's gonna be great!

Workshop: Weighing The Consequences: The Truth About Boundaries and Parenting

This workshop is for every caretaker who wants to learn more about the differences between punishments, consequences, and boundaries. When we better understand these differences, we can lessen arguments, struggles, and miscommunications with our children.

Best yet? The connection with your child will grow exponentially!
